Amazon hires the usps for “last mile delivery” at cut rate prices because it is the most unprofitable leg of delivery. The negotiated service agreement between Amazon and USPS is only available to the public (taxpayers) in a highly REDACTTED format so that the public can not determine what the agreement actually is.. my conclusion is that when something is hidden from the public that has nothing to do with national security, then the public/taxpayer is getting screwed…
