  1. Hello Gary,

It’s ironic that you mentioned the CBO chief’s remarks while most other media sites were reporting the rise in the poverty rate in America. If the liberals, poor, and nearly poor middle class ever get angry and organize like the Tea Party did last year it will be ugly. The Tea Party will be out numbered ten to one or even more.
Also, in the news was Obama’s plan to tax muni bonds differently for the well off folks. We have a real dilemma. We do need to cut entitlements however I do believe that for those that are affected it will be like a tax hike and the Dems have to justify the cuts with tax hikes for the rich.
This is worrisome. You should be more bearish! I’m certainly bearish.

    1. My point is if the CBO Cheif says we shouldnt cut spending, we are screwed.

As far as Obama, he is everything I thought he was…a tax and spender…except this time, he spent first and now coming after taxes.

  2. I’d be grateful for a freeze in spending, but not a phony Washington spending freeze where spending still goes up each year at the baseline rate. There is a reason why so many of the highest per capita income counties surround the nation’s capital.
