SOUNDING OFF ON A BUNCH

Friday was a classic reversal from a continued harrowing drop in the market. That reversal came right in and around the vital, and we mean vital 50 day moving average. A reversal like that usually leads to upside testing but the government shutdown ending is leading to a serious gap to the upside this morning led by the usuals of TECH/AI/SEMICONDUCTORS and all that. Off to the races? Give us a couple more cards coming out of the deck but we always like when vital areas are defended.

We stated it was a gimmee the end of the government shutdown would be over before the weekend was over. The wonderful people who have taken us to $38 trillion of debt knew another workweek with airports shutting down would be a huge problem. Deals were cut. What deals? Not a clue. And to a certain party’s hypocrisy by not voting much earlier to keep things open while negotiating…#@%#@%

50 year mortgages. Noooooooooooo! Many are completely against this. We are against this. But don’t take our word for it. Go do an amortization of a 50 year mortgage and you will figure it out quickly. Makes no economic sense whatsoever.  We have been actually against the 30 year as a decent amount principle is not worked off until half way through. We think this probably will not get off the ground and think they are already starting to walk this back.

$2,000 payments. Nooooooooooooooo! If we were against the nightmare Biden for picking winners and losers by deciding who gets a student loan reprieve, then we are against taxing whomever through tariffs (taxes) and paying off others with that cake while running $2 trillion deficits. We think they are already starting to walk this back.

We don’t care who you are. We don’t care about your politics. Anyone who is racist against anyone else…!!! What we don’t understand is why a few continue to platform these people who are just plain vile. We could not give a crap if they have a bazillion followers. Ignore them. Let them go into their own scrap heap of hate. Don’t make them famous. We will not mention their names. You know who they are because you are hearing a lot and seeing a lot of them. There is too much good in this world. There are too many good people that should be platformed and not these nothings. We can only hope.

Speaking of hope. We have no hope for what we are seeing from the incoming mayor of NYC on his views, his words, his hires and the people he surrounds himself with. The hope is the the bigger of NY laws and decisions stop him from his illogical nonsense. And speaking of a vile racist…
