Hi Gary
I’m a 75 year old doctor with an active practice.
At 46 I could barely get out of bed due to back pain
Did physical therapy, steroids, etc .
Surgery became a discussion since the pain radiated down my leg
I’d seen enough failed back surgery to get my attention.
A terrific yoga instructor was hired and 3x/wk a rigorous lesson. My instructor was not however a “yoga nazi” , and was careful not to push me too far
The first 6 months was hellish , but I’ve never looked back and still do 6 poses each morning. I play pain free tennis and feel terrific.
Suffice it to say I’m a big advocate
Suspect a tilt table accomplish some of this in so far as pain but would not increase core strength
You come across as a good guy and your insights are appreciated
Thanks ,
Joe
