Chart Of The Day: The S&P 500 Is Only 3.9% Below Its Record High

The S&P 500 turned positive on the year, is only 3.9% below its record high, and has surged 13.4% over the past 6 weeks (since the Feb 11th low)! Interestingly, that is around the same percent gain the S&P 500 rallied in late September 2015-November 2015. We’ll see if this time is different.
