Another meaningless election. Debt will go up $1.5 billion today and every day going forward. Who is going to step forward? Good bounce in TECH/SEMIS this morning after recent weakness. Still think there is more time and price. Fed day today…will raise 1/4 point…but also meaningless as easy money around globe is here to stay….

Our changing of the guard theme continues. We remain bearish on SEMIS for now as it seems that last move up was climactic and only seeing distribution here.
