FACEBOOK (we still call it FACEBOOK) NOTES

FB real bad coughing up. The issues:

Loses daily users for 1st time…over 1 million.

Young people leaving in droves.

Competition for eyes…tik-tok and others.

More more towards video…tougher to monetize.

Goes from a growth stock to a no growth stock. (for now?)

Very over-owned, over-loved, over-leveraged by institutions. This is great in bull markets but comes off in bear markets.

Almost every analyst has a BUY or STRONG BUY on it. That will change. You will be seeing a ton of downgrades and target drops.

THEY SHOULD HAVE WARNED. (capital letters) Quarter ended end of December. Should have not waited for earnings day. This tends to piss off the street.
