Namely the continued busting up of commodities. Oil prices hit again today after yesterday’s breakdown and all other commodities getting whacked…gold,silver,copper and all that stuff…all should continued to be avoided at this juncture.

Not much in the way of earnings…Gapping up: SMTC / Gapping down: TLRD, CWH, HZN

Another insider buy in GNC by CIO…29,500 shares for approximately $230,000. Just keep in mind, GNC in a major bear market with lots of issues. Technically…gross!
