  1. My 5S had been shutting down at up to 53% charged. Called Apple. Gave them my serial # and they set up an appointment at their Buffalo NY store. Drove 115 miles to get there only to have then say that the meeting was to verify the phone serial# to request a battery. When they get the battery I’m required to drive back to Buffalo. 460 mile total. Apple customer services sucks.
