Looks like an American supermarket before a hurricane or after a blizzard.
I had the opportunity to frequently travel to Caracas from 1993 to about 1996 for business. Being somewhat of a ‘foodie’ I used to walk through the grocery store a block or two from the Caracas Hilton just to see all of the interesting products they sold.
Those shelves were full then with an abundant supply items from all over Latin America and Europe. That was just before Chavez took over. Sad to see this today and think of the hard working professional people i had the opportunity to work with @ CANTV, the national phone company of Venezuela.
Too bad that those proposing socialism for the US cannot see the inevitable result of this system.
